This is the new Harry Winston Project Z6 Black Edition Alarm. I had a chance to preview and photograph last week during Baselworld. Harry Winston is not planning to officially unveil this timepiece until later this summer, however, I have been given permission to publish it.

The Project Z6 Black Edition Alarm watch has a manually wound 45-jewel Swiss made mechanical movement with hours, minutes and seconds functions (small seconds), as well as an alarm function with a day/night indicator. The hand finished HW-1010 movement is visible through a sapphire caseback.

On Friday, MrB and I went to our gorgeous friend Kim Barkers book party. The New York Times raved about Kims book, The Taliban Shuffle, calling it hilarious and harrowing, witty and illuminating, all at the same time. So buy it now!
I wasnt sure what to wear that night. I considered a plain black dress with my big leopard bag so that I could finally take an outfit picture with the latter. But I decided the bag was so enormous that was unsuitable for a cocktail party. While Id be able to stash whole trays of pigs-in-blankets in the bag and I do love a pig in a blanket I feared I would send peoples wineglasses crashing to the floor.
I looked in the recesses of my closet for something I hadnt worn in a while. That brought me to two Ossie Clark dress-tunic-shirt-things that I feel are too short.

One of this season’s hottest trends takes inspiration from a number of different eras and styles but can perhaps be best defined as showing off an indulgent fairytale side. With soft colours, lace and ruffles galore this season, it seems like a tasteful version of the gypsy wedding dress has hit our high streets.
Flattering to all shapes this style simply begs to be accessorised with eye catching pieces and while the clothes may have a lot going on, there is one area of your outfit that you can make your own. In recent years there has been a splurge in hair accessorises – from bands across your forehead, hats on hair bands or feather clips – it seems the perfect way to put your stamp on an outfit is to accessorise your hair. At online fashion shop Very.co.uk they hold a great collection of accessories of all kinds. Visit Full Article…

DeWitt offers TimeZone a peak at its new Twenty-8-Eight Automatic ladies collection.
The Twenty-8-Eight Automatic chocolate dial is divided in two different guilloché zones. In the centre, a light flame pattern animates the dial in graceful reflections with the slightest wrist movement. At the perimeter, a second pattern takes the form of sunrays. Flames and sunrays are separated by a fine circle applique that echoes the thin and polished columns on the bezel.
Large Roman numerals are positioned on the four cardinal points and discretely interconnected by small Arabic numerals positioned at five minutes intervals.
The Twenty-8-Eight Automatic is an “urban classic” with a 43 mm round case made in 18-carat white or rose gold. The
